Hi, I’m Barb Newlun, owner of Marine Vessel Documentation Service LLC.

My career started at a boat dealership, where we sent all of our Coast Guard documentation out to a third-party service. To save the dealership money, I taught myself the process and started handling it in-house. I quickly realized how confusing boat paperwork can be for buyers, dealers, and lenders, and how much a knowledgeable, careful hand can help.

Eighteen years later, I’ve made it my business. Based at Lake of the Ozarks, I work with boat owners, lenders, brokers, and dealers nationwide. Whether you’re buying your first boat, settling a loved one’s estate, or closing a financed sale, I’ll walk you through every step and make sure it’s done right the first time.
